Custom homes typically run 12 to 18 months depending on scope, site, and permitting. Renovations vary widely — you get a detailed schedule during pre-construction, before ground-break.
No. Plenty of clients come to us with a site and an idea. If you already have an architect, we integrate with them; if not, we help you get the right one on board.
Most general contractors coordinate the structural trades. We self-perform them — framing, concrete, and load-bearing assemblies — under the same team managing design, permitting, and finishes.
