How much does a custom home cost in Dallas?
Most of our custom homes land between $350 and $600+ per square foot depending on site conditions, structural complexity and finish level. We give you a realistic range early — before design fees — rather than a low number that grows.
How long does building a custom home take?
Plan on 4–8 months for design, permitting and preconstruction, then 12–18 months of construction for most homes. Larger estates and complex sites run longer, and we schedule that honestly at the start.
Does Nova handle architecture and engineering?
Yes. We coordinate architecture, structural engineering and construction as one team, or we work alongside an architect you have already hired and protect their design intent through the build.
Where does Nova build custom homes?

Can Nova handle pools and outdoor living with the home?
